The agricultural enterprise Eredi Dimauro Pasquale extends over 300 hectares of land set among rolling hills and natural pastures, in the heart of an authentic rural landscape. The farm specializes in cereal cultivation and dairy farming, combining agricultural tradition with modern and sustainable practices.

Around 200 hectares are cultivated in rotation with durum wheat and forage crops, while the remaining 100 hectares are dedicated to grazing land. This balanced system supports both soil sustainability and high-quality livestock farming.
The dairy herd is raised in modern free-stall barns with cubicles and consists of approximately 250 Italian Holstein cows from carefully selected bloodlines, ensuring an annual production of about 90,000 kg of high-quality milk. Part of this milk is used for direct consumption, while another part is transformed into artisanal dairy products.
The durum wheat harvested on the farm is processed into semolina by the nearby Cooperativa Le Matine located just a few hundred meters from the estate. This semolina becomes the base ingredient for excellent local pasta, linking the farm’s production to the rich culinary traditions of the region.
A visit to the masseria is not just a stay in nature—it’s a journey through the living traditions of Lucanian farming.
